It doesn't look like a scratch. It looks cracked. The part on the bottom is below the part on the top. If you look at the side it looks cracked though it.

Skippa, I've warrantied so much gear over the last 5 years, but it's usually snapped boards or ripped bindings. I would take is back to where you bought it or contact Motion Water Sports, you can get their email on the LF site.
