As we headed out from the marina, an older boat (probably 1960's - seen better days) flagged us down. They were dead in the water, but very nice older couple and didn't want to keep us from our watersports

We called the marina for them, and promised to tow them back if they were still there when we were done in an hour or so. But another boat headed toward the marina tossed them a line about 15 mins later.

They didn't get aggressive

I keep messing around with speed and length. Was running 22.5 mph today @ 65-ft. No ballast.

I was at 19mph and 65' on Friday with no ballast and taps at 2

Yeah, I've had that happen when I'm driving. I happen to look in the mirror, and just see the handle skipping across the water. Multiple spotters all just sitting there chatting and ignoring the spottee
