Busy day, built a box for a friend of a friend. Told him to bring me birch plywood (no marine grade ply sold here) and he brought MDF and said his friend owns a line-x dealer and is going to spray it for him. I still had to spray the inside with the canned stuff. He should be fine as long as he lifts it up off of the floor.

Even sealed/coated, i prefer ply over MDF, but elevating it off the carpet will go along way.

Just saw some terrible news on tv, this morning a car carrying 5 boy scouts headed back to Colorado from Cody crossed the center line and ran head on into a big motor home towing a car. All of the scouts were killed and a toddler in the motor home was killed, A man from the motor home was airlifted to Billings and the other three passengers are in the Thermopolis hospital.

All of the scouts were killed and a toddler in the motor home was killed, A man from the motor home was airlifted to Billings and the other three passengers are in the Thermopolis hospital.

Yeah, only took loosing 350 homes before Oblameya took time off from campaining to be president for 15 mins and make some federal resources available....but hey, it was agreat photo op for him

Checked the paper, it was three scouts, the scoutmaster and a toddler that were killed, terrible news. I cannot imagine getting that call. Prayers for all involved

It said the scouts are from the Woodland Park area, that is close to the fire and there is a Scout Camp not far from them.

Hope the families are not having to deal with both issues.
