I'll take that over new fires caused by fireworks any day!

I knew that my company's Colo Springs office was evacuated yesterday, but just found out that my uncle who lives there also had to evacuate.

All these fires are bad chit, man. And too early to be this bad

Any of you own any Port-A-Cool products? How do you like them? I am considering a portable evap unit for use at the lake and at the shop. looking for consumer experience and review.
They work good in a shaded inside area but are nowhere near as effective outside in the sun.

Ewok or RT - have you changed your tranny fluid? Did you also have the same issue with not being able to evacuate much of the old stuff?

I just figured the problem was due to my mechanical incompetance.

And it may well be that's the problem. But at least I know that I've got company

I was able to get about 1.5 of the 2.0 quarts or whatever is supposed to be in there. I had to wiggle my hose a bit to get it as deep in the hole as possible, had to do it all by feel.

You need a Mityvac 7201 Ding. That has a small flexible suction tube.

When I retire I want to open up a dealership with Dom forte training the mechanics, Chpthrill doing all custom stereo installs, and her as the receptionist. I'll call it Dream Team Boats!

                              Maybe one of these days.

Flexible suction tube sounds good. And, for me, I need a small one

It took a while, took me about 45 min to get all that stuff out, and I kept moving the hose around and tried to bend it a little and get as deep as possible to get the last little bit out. About 1 qt came out easily but then I was thinking that I was low to start with but I'll keep pumping. I was using a hand pump I got from the autopart store. Each pump was pulling basically a squirt of mist but it added up after a long while, the I just gave up eventually.
