I got home from work yesterday and walked right out to the trailer. That is exactly what I have. Then I jumped on the extreme trailer website to try and figure out what I needed to do, and the answer is pretty much nothing. That suspension is supposed to be maintenance free. Furthermore, the brackets that hold the axles to the frame are welded on, so there's not much I can do about realigning it. Hopefully the new truck and trailer tires, new fender, and new fender board will solve all my problems.
