    electric issues

Took my 24V out yesterday. As water got rough, perfect pass started beeping and then would turn off and boat would go to speed trottle was at. Later, boat dash would beep and boat would shut off completely! It would then start right back up.

Any ideas of what this would be?

I can think of a couple things. One- would be if it was that rough and the paddle wheel could have been sending the control unit irradic readings, if the throttle wasnt adavanced enough for the servo to control the speed it may have triggered itself to turn off. Second- check your paddle wheel for garbage keeping it from spinning freely.
Did it act this way in smooth water also? and it turned the engine off completley? When restarting the engine did the batteries struggle to turn the engine over?

Check the fit of the little plastic thingee that holds the kill switch depressed. Over time, the heat of the sun and the pressure of the plunger speads them out and they become an intermittent open in the ignition circuit.
