Are there any pariticular brands of trailers that are recommended for a 22Ve? I keep my boat on a lift on the lake, but we were comtemplating taking trips to other lakes. I have no idea what brands I should look at or how much they cost.

I have a Dorsey, and wont have another. I've been impressed with the Boat Mates, and EZ Loader makes a decent trailer to.
Call and ask Tony if he has one that he might let go for a good price, but I dont recall an unsold 22Ve trailer.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

My trailer also had a problem with the front axle shackles flipping when unloaded, they did send me longer shackles under warranty.
I noticed recently that I have some carpet worn to the wood on on of the bunks.
My Dorsey gets the job done and the load is well balanced, but if I was choosing a trailer, it would not be a DorseyMikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

"Should I even go there?" Most of you know my horror story, all kidding aside my second EZ Loader custom has been awesome, it has worked so well that I am going to write a letter to EZ loader thanking them for addressing my issue and taking care of the boat and also express my sincere appreciation for the company. The only gripe I have is that it sits so low to the ground, I bought some taller spring equalizers and installed them to get a little more height and not drag so much in & out of the driveway.
After all of this experience I would recommend an EZ Loader. Some of the others mentioned are very good as well.I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

Vanguard Trailers are very good. The options they have are reasonable priced. Vangurad is made locally in Mishiwauka Indianna and are not over priced. Only issue I have had in 10,000 miles is a sidewall blowout after rubbing the curb at 2 mph at a toll booth at 2 in the morning. I also like EZ Loader and Prestiges. Make sute you get a tandem axle and spend some extra money on dual disks with that heavy a boat/ trailer combo. If you can stay away from Caryle Tires.

I am adding my because the chance to brag about a trailer company doesnt happen everyday. BOATMATE TRAILER CO. has been awesome to work with. We are a small dealer in a big market and Owen over at Boatmate has treated us like an account that buys 150 trailers a year. I chose Boatmate over 2 other trailer makers because of their style and the amount of standard features, w/o knowing how well we would be treated. Price is very fair. Call us if you need help getting one.Tennessee Tigé Boat Sales and Service
