new tige owner v-drive

hi just bought first v-drive thanks for the info site was very useful have
packing out and waiting for gortex packing. can anyone tell me when
i turn prop by hand prop shaft hanger vibrates does that need replacing

Not sure how you're turning it by hand, but if you're referring to the strut, it should never wobble. You should never put your boat in gear out of the water or you will damage the shaft.

boat is in nuetral turning prop ,strut must have bearing it seems to vibrate
when tuned

It is lubricated by being in the water, I would think a bit of vibration would be normal turning it out of the water.
