New Tige (to me) 2100V

Finally pulled the trigger and after a 700 mile trip I've got the boat I wanted. It all started 6 years ago with a 14 foot aluminum boat for the lakes in CT, upgraded to a 17 foot Sunbird I/O 4 banger bowrider 4 years ago when we moved to Memphis, then to a 21 foot Marada I/O with a 350 mercruiser. The last one was a fun boat which was solid red and thru hull exhaust. The kids started wake boarding and adding a wake tower does not make a boat a wake boat. Also, my wife hated the loud exhaust and hitting her legs on the outdrive. I really liked a friends Tige so I kept my eyes out until I found the one I was looking for. It does not have a wake tower yet, but I really like the black scorpion 5.7 liter. It's also got the factory heater and shower options. I just need to add a tower and perfect pass this spring. We took it out last Sunday and the whole family approved. Just can't wait until the water warms up now.

The interior is very nice except for a seam tear on the driver side rear cushion. I hope to have the local Tige' dealer replace the vinyl. We spent a day going through the boat cleaning every crevice and corner before we took it to the storage facility at Pickwick Lake (Tom Big Bee waterway) on Sunday. We ran around for a couple hours. I love the instant throttle response and time to plane compared to the old I/O.

Good looking boat! I have been really impressed with the samson towers I have seen on here. Of course it is hard to beat a monster tower for value and incredible after the sell customer service. I'd look into a samson though if you can finagle getting one. Enjoy the boat.

My favorite boat

There's a few of us who have the 2100v (or 21v). I've had mine since it was new. Definitely add PerfectPass and a tower.

Perfect Pass, a tower, and a boat full of people, and you will have a great wakeboarding time. You will love how many people you can comfortably, and legally fit into that boat. You will also love how it handles in both rough water and smooth. Throws a great wake, we just use people for the ballast in ours. Looks really sharp! Post pics of the interior for us.
