Power Premium Sound System Questions & Kicker Amps

What is the model of the Clarion Head Unit on 07 Tiges?

What is the Model Kicker Amp used in the Power Premium Sound System? The Product Literature indicates that it is a Kicker ZX 700.5 with the following specs.
    85 Watts x 4 RMS 2 ohms + 420 Watts RMA @ 2 Ohms

    70 Watts x 4 RMS @ 4 ohms + 210 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohms CEA rating

I assume this amp drives the four in boat speakers and the Woofer. I assume the 3rd pair of speakers are driven by the head unit. Am I correct?

I have seen referenced in the forums that the amp in the 07 Power Premium Sound Systems is the Kicker ZX 650.4.

Which is it the ZX 700.5 or the zx 650.4?

Last but not least these are Car Amps not Marine Amps. Do the Car Amps hold up in the freshwater environment?

I am sorry I am asking these questions but I have no access to my boat and this affects what I may do with Amps. Thanks

    Clarion CMD5 head unit.

As far as I have seen, Tige is only using the Kicker 350.4 or the 700.5. If your boat has a factory installed Sub, you will have the kicker 700.5. If you have 6 factory installed cabin speakers, all 6 will be driven off the amp.

I have seen a couple of Tiges ordered with head unit and (6) cabin speakers, but no sub, and the factory installed the 350.4.

My , If mounted with a little common sense and forethought, you will have no problems.

I agree. I've had mine for 3 years with no issues.
