I do my own, not a big deal if you're somewhat handy.
There is an oil drain tube, but the easiest way to drain is to use an oil sucker, $25 from West Marine, etc. Use a quality Marine Grade oil. I use Mercury 4cycle 25W-40. Having the engine warmed will help A LOT. Quantity is about 5qts depending on filter length.
