How to tighten the tower legs on a 22V

I was doing some routine maintenance on my 22v this weekend, and I tightened 3 out of 4 legs on my tower. I could not, however, reach the rear leg on the driver's side from underneath. how do you reach the nut from underneath to tighten the tower leg?

I have about 1/32" of play on the leg, and I need to tighten that last leg. Any tips?

BTW -

The tower is a Phat Budde on an '04 22v.

You need a small sucker, er, i mean, volunteer, to climb head first into the rear storage with a ratchet, 18" extension, swivel or universal adapter and the socket.
