    2004 22v Riders Edition

I am looking at purchasing a 2004 Tige 22v Riders Edition. I'd appreciate some insight from Tige owners re:

    1. What is the slalom wake like?
    2. Do they produce enough wake to surf?
    3. What problems, if any, have people had with this model?
    4. There is a rip along a seam on the rear seat (where people step into the boat). How difficult is something like that to replace?
    5. How many people can you fit comfortably? My wife and I have have 3 kids.
    6. What is a fair price? It has 96 hours, perfect pass, basic stereo?

    Thanks

I do not know the hours on this but it sounds similar to what you are describing. It might give you an actual ballpark figure to help. It is in CO. - 2004 Tige 22v - 315 hp Merc, Tower, Bimini, Upgraded sound system, Heater, Shower, Dorsey Tandem Axle Trailer with Swing Tongue, Snap down Boat Cover. - $39.900

Like G said, very similar hull to the Ve.
        1) soft at 30+ IMHO
        2) awesome with a little weight on that side/front
        3) Cant comment on the 04's but found the fit and finish of our 06 was great. The Marine Power engine is a beast
        4) An upholstery shop may be able to fix. May be able to get a skin or matching vinyl from Tige
        5) had 10 plus 1 boarding not sure I would take any more then that
        6) Also check out www.traderonline.com and search for similar boats.
