I'm having one made. I understand the factory bimini is a pain to put up/down. Thanks!

I have a factory large bimini on by 07 22ve and is a two man pain in the arse job to put up and down. Took dealer a week to work it out. Already had the actual material replaced under warranty

I've got the factory bimini and it is a pain. Also, the set screws kept vibrating loose, so I've resorted to some locktite (removable) and also considering thumbs screws to replace the set screws, which might help adjustment during the setup process

This won't help you a lot, but I have a custom Adlee bimini on my 22v with a Phat Tower. It may give you some idea of what you can do. This bimini is very easy to set up and take down. It is a 1 person job in under a minute.
