Has anyone heard of or will it improve the wake, removing the spray pockets? I was thinking of cutting structural stirofoam and glassing over it to fill the spray pockets. Will this get rid of the foam(at the top of the wake the wake seams to roll right at boarding spead,21 mph) on the edge of the wake behind my 2001 21-v?

Here's a few threads for you to read. I'm sure there are more - just do a search on any of the popular wakeboard sites.

don't know if it would be worth the voiding of the warranty.... i have admittedly limited experience with fiberglass. you would want to sand all of the gel coat off, talk to tige about what resin, glass mat, and finishing cloth that they use. then say a good prayer, hope that you lay your fiberglass on a day with similar temp and humidity that the original hull was laid..... etc...
oh, don't let the new joints get against something hard, or they may crack and separate anyway.
