Picked it up from the shop, leaking rudder seal. Hoping to put it back in the water tomorrow afternoon and take another shot at it.

I've managed to fix a few other issues, but not the core problem. Still only 3,000 RPMS about 20 seconds to plane. Going back in the shop to look at throttle, fuel delivery and the motor.

Had the boat back from the shop for a couple weeks, but an unseasonably cold and rainy fall kept me off the lake until today. It's like a different boat, running sweet as can be I almost didn't believe it when I picked it up, but the boat had low grade automotive plugs and it was missing on 3 cylinders. They replaced with new iridium plugs and that was the fix. Good feeling to be able to put it to bed for the winter running great.
