Will Surf VX from a RZ4 fit an RZ2 2013

I have a opportunity to purchase a surf VX off a 2013 Tige RZ4. I own a 2013 RZ2. My question is, will the VX from a RZ4 fit my RZ2

I think it will, I have an rz2 currently, but are you just doing the vx? My boat when I ordered it in 2014 with the vx from tige I know it came with the correct vx brackets and also the correct platform with the vx they are a matched set so that's something you will need to look into also if you do go with the vx I would defiantly modify it before you install it on your boat I did it to mine and it makes a big difference for surfing the stock location that they are set at is worthless imho, let me know if you go this route and il be happy to help with the measurements of modifying it for you. It's really pretty simple to do.

Hey 18c racing. Thats great info thanks. I bought a vx and plateform it didnt come with brackets so i will have to get a set and i here there are diferent bracket to make the wake better. Do you know where i could get bracket?

Hey 18c racing I have attached a set of brackets that i can get from the tige dealer. I believe these are the old brackets. Will these work for my 2013 RZ2 if i do the proper install as you have?

I think that is the first gen brackets that didn't work at all. People literally took of their VX to get a wave.


I believe these are the second gen that you would want to start with.

Someone else can chime in to confirm.

Ya i think so too. Im having a tough time finding the gen 2 brackets. I think i could cut the gen 1 brackets down to make them a bit closer to the gen 2 brackets and weld them back together. I have heard of other people doing something like this. I chated with Harvey today and he was saying there was only 1 bracket made for the RZ2. If i have to do a bit of modifications like 18c racing, ill do that. The dealership is giving me a fairly good deal on the gen 1 brackets $200CAD which is like $150USD
