I would be curious to know if they narrowed the beam of the boat. I know that the Rzr is popular in Down Under because the boat can be shipped in a standard container. A boat with the bigger beams that people enjoy now in the States and Canada are more expensive for others because of the shipping costs.

WWS had one and sold it before they even got it from the factory....

Well well, it looks as if Tige may have a winner here. I am guessing this will be a big hit for them. I like that the tower has been moved back some...always bumped my head on the speakers with the Alpha Z tower. It appears to be a front folding tower (similar to Roswell/Nautique), which I like better. Truth be told, I may be the odd one out, but I don't like the Alpha Z tower. Honestly, I don't like any of the cast towers...the coatings don't seem to adhere well and they are tough to get fixed if there is an issue. Still offering the surf system and the easy to make wave hull of the Z1/Z3. All seems like a good deal. At that price point Tige should be giving Supreme, Moomba and the like some strong competition.

Taps 3 on these R series boats is an awesome addition. Wave looked great and preformed awesome!

At that price point with the TAPS3 surf system they should sell a bunch of these boats, great job TIGE!!

So, now the magic question...what does the following from the R21 page exactly include:
"R21 Price (nicely equipped): $62,615 USD"

Any dealers have insight at what this MSRP includes? IIRC the Alpha Z tower is an option on all the other boats even though they almost all ship with it in the build. Would love to see a base/options listing.

I don't think that price includes a trailer. I am definitely interested in this boat, waiting for WWS to get another one in so I can take it for a test drive. I like it's simplicity, the price and the TAPS 3. I am curious to see how tall the tower is.

I got to check that R21 out at WWS too. Pretty slick boat. It' pretty much a Z1 without the screens and high end interior finishes. Depending on options I would say mid 70's?

It does have a screen just not the tige touch. It's a 5in screen.

Just got done looking at one of these at the boat here in Houston. I have to say the boat is beautiful! really interested in trading my boat in on this for the upgrade! We currently have the Yamaha 212X and I know this will be a much better boat! I was just wondering if there is anyone on here that has purchased one that can give me some insight on how they like it and wake/wave size.

@Dilligaf622 - since the hull is identical to a current Z1 - wave should be great!

We did a lot with a ballasted out AR230, but jumping up to a wake boat is night and day. We went Z3 before these were out and @trace went from a ballasted out 212ss to a Z1 and both of us are really happy. I think you would be too

Same here, went from '09 212x to a '14 Z1. The wake & wave are night & day difference. The only thing I would add to consider is that the boat/trailer is about 1500-2000 lbs heavier. It makes quite the difference in the water but towing you will feel it. My wife's Tahoe did OK, but we ended up upgrading to the new 6.2 Silverado & all is right with the world again.

This may not be an issue in Houston but we run over a couple of 6% hills at 5,000 ft & the Tahoe was screaming at the top of those hills.

The one other thing that is a night & day difference is how quiet the Tige is compared to my Yamaha. Add FAE & it's uncanny.
