Waxing

Does everybody wax their boat? Do you just wax the colored sections? I have heard some do and some don't wax. Just wanted to get some opinoins. Thanx.

Wax the whole boat with marine wax.

I tend to not wax below the water line. The wax seems to soak up more dirt. Just my .02 cents.

I wonder if it makes a difference what wax you use or what the water is like you ride in. I find that it gets harder and harder to get the water scum off of the boat after time. With a fresh coat of wax, it comes right off with just a simple wipedown.

I wax the whole boat, except the underside. I usually do it twice per year if I can.

I have found that waxing the whole boat and then doing clean-up with a mild solution of white vinegar and water works great to get the spots off... Wax on!!!
