VELVET LEAKING OIL AROUND SHAFT COUPLING

Hi guys... I have a WELLCRAFT Gran Sport 1989 named NOPEUS, boat have Velvet V drives one of them is leaking by the shaft ...see pictures.

Does anybody knows how to fix it? ...(change the oil seal or else) and give me instructions on how to do it.

I will appreciate it.
