Serpentine Part Number

Can anyone post the "otherwise same as" part no. to use for the serpentine belt on my '99 21v riders ed. w/350 Merc. Mpi ? I'd like to pick one up at Auto zone or any other Auto parts place. I tried to match one up at one place and could not get the exact size replacement. If someone has replaced one, do you have the part number? I know the exact one from a marine parts place costs approx. 3 times as much. Just tryin to save a buck or two, thanks

You should be able to take it into a local auto parts place, where they will measure it and match it.

Finally, after the third try, someone at the parts counter knew how to measure the original belt. The part # is 875K6 or 6pk2225 which equals 87.5 inches (an exact match). Only $15, compare to $87 quoted from a marine dealer. Hope this helps anyone needing a serp. belt. Oh I bought it from Auto discount (osa Auto zone or Murrays).

yeah, my dealer gets all of their parts from Pep Boys, so it obviously is not marine grade
