Thermostat Part Number

Does anyone know the part number for the thermostat in the MP 6.0l closed cooled engine? I believe it should be rated at 160 degrees. Having some overheating issues and have ruled out most other options and want to try replacing the thermostat.

Would like to be able to grab one from an automotive store locally so I can test it this weekend. Do they make a compatible thermostat?

If you are replacing the thermostat on a MP 6.0L , you may want to look at the Modification that Dom from Forte's inboards recommends on that motor.

I think that is the preferred option on that motor. Hopefully, someone else will confirm it for you.
