I have a red and white Tige 24V and have torn both of the side mounted Tige logo ovals. Does anyone know where you can get replacement logos that stick on?

You can check dealers, some have them stored away. They are not cheap. $300 and up. Your best bet is to check with a local printing shop to make you some. You can check with Wicked on here. A popular option is to either go naked, no logos, or to use just the new chrome Tige emblems, not cheap, or go with the new logos and the new emblems.
