New to the board. Considering a 2000 21v Riders edition in excellent condition, with perfect pass. Asking price 23K. I'm primarily interested in wake surfing and looking to get a V drive without paying too much. Would this be a good purchase? Thanks.

Here's what I see. Nice interior. Patterned after the Limited interior. That's a good thing. Newer graphics. Those are not stock. Stereo, BFD. It's old and not done all that well. Tower must go. That is the Metcrap tower of death. It's junk. Platform needs some love. Why is the air filter dirty? If you are a mechanic and were using that as a selling point, wouldn't you at least clean it? A Black Scorpion is a great thing to find in a 2000 but, come on dude. 500 hrs is perfect. No ballast? That's a great thing. You can start from scratch and not have to deal with any old funky crap. You can however use that in your dealings. It also needs an FAE if you are going to surf it all day.
