2006 22Ve Mirror Needed

If anyone knows where I can get the OEM replacement 5/8" bar and mirror (inserts into tower billet mount shown in pic), please let me know. Came loose on freeway last year. (I would probably be willing to buy the whole assembly if necessary). Thanks.

Yeah - was looking at them last year on recommendation from majestic. Not sure I want to spend that much just yet....
