Impeller replacement 03 Tige 350 Mag MPI

    Hello all!
Just bought a 2003 Tige and am wanting to replace impeller before I take it out. My issue: I cannot find any videos for my motor. Do I have to remove the entire pulley/housing or can I remove just the impeller?
Also, where can I get a manual?
    Thanks!!!

You can just remove the propeller. Ur gonna need to buy the c-clamp prop puller in order to get it off! On the propeller there will be a number such as "acme 525 13x115 .80" LH=left hand...
thats what i run on my tige and it is the 3 blade.. stock i believe comes with a 4 blade 0J 13x13... prop is very easy to replace as long as u own the propeller c-clamp puller

That's the Mercury engine, correct? If so, this should help: http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=609

If its a Merc with the composite housing, I would inspect it real close for wear and overheating. With those, its not expensive to replace the whole assembly, but they will eat impellers if they are warn.

You will get good at this. Be sure and remove the fuel filter as it will make it much easier to get to. Over the last 12 years I have had mine, I discovered that annual replacement will reduce headaches when you least need them.
