I am getting closer to pulling the trigger on purchasing a Star Gazer Wakeboarder Pro GPS Cruise Control system for my 2006 22VE. I have talked to two different shops and got different anwsers to my question. One dealer said it would take several hours with cutting into the wiring harness and flashing the ECM. Another said I could install it myself in less then in hour, plug and play with no ECM flash. Looking for advise from anyone who has installed this system

Update:
Just got off the phone with Perfect Pass and since my boat is a "odd ball" with a PCM engine in it I should be straight plug and play. They said if I had the Marine Power engine they did not have a direct install and it would quite an extensive install.
I am going to order the kit and try the install myself, I will update this tread as I progress.

Side note...The cruise control was AWESOME when we took the boat on Friday afternoon. WHAT A DIFFERENCE FOR DRIVER AND RIDER!!
