    They just replaced the seal on the housing and I have eatin 5 impellers within the past month.

      Sounds like that temperature Mod is working well. Maybe I need to try it?

      Marine Power told me the boat should operate around 200 degrees with the new thermostat.

      When I look at pics I took of the boat before the problems, I can see the temp guage at a steady 175 degrees.

      Anyone ready to buy a Tige?

        Owners - Be sure you are using the correct impeller. Dealership "thought" we were .. Turns out we were not.

        Now that the correct impeller is in - Water is being pushed through the heat exchanger very well - 24 gallons per minute.
