So the 1235 would be a good upgrade on the RZ2 for hole shot and a more "torquey" feel?

On my 2100v Limited with the 350 Merc its pretty sluggish when pulling someone out of the water but top speed is about 45-47mph. What prop could I go with to improve my lower end for a more smooth and fuel efficent way of sporting out?
I never top out anyways being the lakes aren't that huge anyways so its always 35 everywhere.
My prop is pretty old and has alittle rust on it but I want to say its a 13x 1 3 LH is all I could read. Is this enough info? For Those About To Ride We Solute You

Here is the kicker...SHE said..." if you can't get it better, then maybe we can get another Malibu and trade this one in!" what?!
If she said this, then I am not exaggerating on how this thing seems like it won't get out of its own way.
Seriously tho...the performance and hole shot on this boat is awful.
