        Ya I love it... Even dropped fuel useage over the weekend.. Same amount of riding of a full day used 1/2 tank before now is only about 1/4 of a tank =)

          I agree with your theory in general, but not when applied to the ACME CNC'd props. I dont think the pitch is bent into the prop after the prop is machined out, but rather the pitch and cup are machined into the prop as its being cut out of the stock.

                    Wow!...I have the stock 537..... I haven't opened it up yet...but I saw 40 and it didn't seem like the happy lever was going to make it do much more....I'd take 45 with some snap!

                            Any consensus on the 4 blade vs the 5 blade 15" Acme props yet?

                              Acme told me that they have not built a 5 blade yet that would overall perform better than any 4 blade that they make. In other words he recommended the 4 blade.
                              And that included their 15" line

                                "overall perform better" ... but if it performs better in specific areas pertinent to load under surf ballast, then a 5 blade might be better for that application.

                                I wonder what the 5 blade props do better, if anything?
