Service Manual

I am looking for the service manual for my 2001 21v. I have been on Mercs web sight but I need the serial #. The # is not on the carb cover and I'm not sure where to look. I would also like a manual for the trany. That I do have #s for Any help would be great

With a little help from my dealer We found a tag with the serial # on it just above the starter.
