Replacing some vinyl

Hi all,
I have a '99 21V riders ed. and wanted to replace the vinyl on some back rests. The two back rest cushions on each corner (at the back) are the ones I want to remove and replace. Does anyone know how to remove them? I can't seem to see the bolts from the rear lockers. Do I have to remove anything to get these off?

They are screwed into the fiberglass from in between the seam line of the back rest.
