Power Problem
Hello All, Let me first say hello! I am a noob to the site and hope no one takes offense that my first post is a troubleshooting question, I'm glad that I found this site and do plan to stick around for a while!
So question is: I have a 2005 Tige' 24V Riders Edition with the 6.0L 380HP Motor. 2 weeks ago went out to the river and boat was running great as usual got caught in a pouring rain so we docked on the beach for a little while, went to leave and boat was running great for about 3 minutes as we headed to load up, all of the sudden it started to lose power and drop speed, put boat in neutral then back in gear, ran great for 30 seconds and did the same thing. Loaded up came home,put boat on hose water and it ran great, in gear and out of gear. Waited 2 weeks for everything to dry real good, cleaned and recharged the air filter(K&N) took boat back out this morning and still doing the same thing,only does it in water under load, any ideas?
