How many GPH is used while Wakesurfing

With the high cost of gas I really need to get my buddys to chip in on the gas bill this season. Does anyone know about how many gallons per hour we are burning while wakesurfing? I have a 1999 2100V Tige

A lot of factors to consider, but we're happy to "only" burn 5 GPH on average, more like 7 GPH.

For an afternoon I used to go through a little less than half a tank... until I got a new prop.
Now I have the ACME 911 and go through over 3/4 tank for the same about of time on the water.
I've never calculated actually GPH - too many factors:

How many minutes in an hour were you under 2000RPM
How many minutes in an hour were you running over 3500RPM
      Waiting for another good one!

I average about 5-6 GPH overall with a 98 2200V and the 350 Mercruiser. I'm just happy I don't have to feed an 8.1 beast that goes about 10GPH
