As everyone probably did too, I was thinking the more weight the better. I got up to 2300 lbs of ballast to the point where the boat couldn't even get out of its own weight. 2001 2100v limted editon with the phat tower. Any way, I recently just tried using less weight but in different places, at first I had on the back seat and 260 in the bow and that made the cleanest wake, I then added more, 260 in both rear lockers and 370 in the bow and so far that has been the best wake I have ridden. That front to rear weight ration seams to be the best. so for anyone with the same boat try these weights, 370 rear/260 front or 520 rear/370 front, and you can go from there with math. But hear is a picture with just 900lbs of ballast, This is not a double up either!

Ya last season I got my 21v. I tried filling two rear sacs to
Around 400 each and only added maybe 200 up front between the bow cushions the boat would hardly get out of its own way (5-6 passengers as well) I had to make 3 people go
Sit in the bow to get on plane. And perfect pass had a hard time holding speed. Going to try less weight or more front this season.

Man I've had this thing with 1000 in the bow, 1300 in the rear and that had a waist high wake but couldn't get the wake to be clean nor could we even board at the speed to make it clean. Never did that again, The wake surf was massive though, When i stopped the wave kept going and almost went over the motor compartment into the boat. But that was 1 sesh just seeing how big we can go and I know we were overloading the boat way over its recommended rating
Im thinking im going to try 850 rear/600 front next but im pretty pumped on just the 520 rear/ 370front

Sick man.. How do you like wakeboarding with a helmet.. I def need to get one even though I'm not nearly as good as you.. I have hit my head pretty good a couple of times and made me think twice about getting back up on the board.. been doing it so long without but when you're soaring 10-12 feet in the air at 24 MPH, I think it may be necessary.. Sick Wake though man.. Where is that? Cali?

This is at marine stadium in long beach CA. it a local harbor that they built for the olympics back in the day and now its strictly for water ski and sometime drag boat races. It pretty convenient since gas prices are so high and Havasu is 300 miles away.

eh the wife will understand... especially if it is to improve your riding abilities... What kinda wife would she be to not? I mean all you really have to do is tell her that you dont see what all the other guys see in her. Her boobs are way to big for your liking and with a butt that perfect she just looks fake. Besides all that she probably cant cook or clean for $#i7!2001 Tige 21V Fresh Air Exhaust, ballast, loud stereo, blue v drive, ACME 1235 prop Kneeboarding, Surfing, and having fun!

Well, i officially wear mouth guard now also. My lil bro was going for a tantrum over the double up and got super high but landed and smacked his face on his knee. His front tooth went through his bottom lip into his knee, 3 cracks in his tooth which is currently splinted (all his front teeth are glued together to see if the crack above the gum line will heel), 30 stitches in his lip inside and out. His knee was going to be stitched but since it was a bit even from himself they let it drain out. Ill post pics if you all want me to but i think its a little too gnarly to just post up. I suggest you all wear one too.
