Really? I heard it was super popular with the locals
I'm actually stoked on it as we really needed it. There are just some things about the design that are kind of weird. Also the fact that they have dragged it out for over 4 years now. Now they have found a crack where something settled wrong and it is going to be another few months. This job was union and very regulated everyone gets paid even when they're not working. No working on the weekends, no working after 5, and no working in any kind of weather other than beautiful.
The tower looks better than it actually functions. There's alot of side to side play in it and pretty much impossible to collapse with the bimini frame unless you spend 45 min taking it down. Definatly wish I went with a different brand tower.

What kind of tower do you have? I have been looking for a new one and like the look of it. Did it fit in original holes?
Thanks,

It is an old school wake air tower, but I think the original manufacturer went out of business. I'm not too happy with it as it actually has a lot of movement side to side. It was on the boat when I bought it. Granted I have two tower speakers, three wakeboards and a 40lbs Sky Ski on it. I am going to pull it, strip it, and have a buddy add some reinforcements over the winter. Then I will have it powder coated. Hopefully that will fix the movement without having to drop 2k on a new one. If I could afford a new one I'd go with the samson tower.
