oh, and the credit for the photos goes to my wife. She is quite a good photographer (an unbiased opinion)

pics from today - a beautiful day - This was a trial run to check out the ballast. Couple pics of the Wake - Had the bow sac full (400?), the factory hard tank on the port side full (250?) and a W705 in the port side locker / under the seat (estimate 450?). Plus the wife, son and mother in-law on the left seat.
Looks good to me to start with. No one was interested in getting in and trying it out.
I wish the lake was that flat on every 70 degree Sunday

Thanks Majestic. I was thinking because I have the step in my compartments because of the factory hard tanks that 1000 wouldn't fit. Am I missing something? Thanks very much for the offer.
I hope some time this summer to meet up with you and have you tech me about surfing and how best to set up the boat. Did you get out today?

Yeah it probably wouldn't fit all the way. In my opinion you have a slight advantage over my boat having the factory hard tanks. That extra 250 pounds is exactly what my boat needs. I am thinking of putting 250 lbs of lead in a slot I found in my boat where your tanks probably are. If I were you I would leave the hardtanks and move the batteries to the port storage under the stereo and get some custom sacs.
No I didn't get out today I worked on my stereo re-do and spent the afternoon in the backyard with the kids. I drove the boat last friday right close to 520 for a while. We never really get started till First week in June anyway. I would love to show you the way, you picked a good all a round first surf board. That's what we started with and she still goes out every time.

Funny thing Majestic, Sagmanaur (he's the one that taught myself and GF how to surf last summer and was responsible for us getting a Tige in the first place and post on here from time to time) and I were just talking about finding a third when our significant others are either too busy or not up for the challenge (early morning surf sessions, clouds etc.)
So, I will definetly let you know what happens. Don't know what your schedule is or for that matter what ours will be at the moment but when we get surfing, I will try to get a hold of you and see what your schedule is. If we are out you are welcome.
BTW, How is your daughter doing...please say all is well? I can't find the thread regarding her courageous effort to be a part of this world
