Super great looking boat and good shape too. Welcome to the site - lots of good info. Bring on the fun. Totally relate to your boat switch - we had 28 foot Formula 280 SunSport w dual stern drives. 22Ve is a kick in the pants compared to that and lots of fun especially if wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing and other waterports are biggies. jb

The credit for the photos goes to Stayton. These were the photos from the craigslist ad. I enjoyed my dealings with Joel. I am an engineer and I felt like we spoke the same language (doesn't happen often for us engineers). It was a good demo ride since he could show me how to fine tune the wake and he knew how everything on the boat worked. Too bad it was in a torrential downpour.

Thanks everyone for the info and positive feedback. Good to know there is a good dealer here and it is close to me.

This community has great info. Thanks to all who help us newbies learn.

Does anyone have experience mounting BoatBuckle transom straps on a DHM trailer like mine (see photo)? The location where the transom strap connects on the trailer is below the tail light assembly. It is a 3/8" round rod material in the shape of 2 legs of a triangle welded to the under side of the cross channel.

Looks like they are okay in the picture.I would put a cotton terry cloth under the strap where it contacts the boat. That wat it doesn't rub the gel coat.
I do all my own stunt work. hey ya'll watch dis.

I agree these straps are fine, but I am interested in the permanently mounted retractable type. Not sure there would be a good place to mount them.

Couldn't stand seeing it stuck in the garage - had to take her out this morning - 50 and raining (hard), but happy to see her in the water. Waiting for my sacks from Mike to play a bit more.

It's a Samson Razor - I really like it. It is easy for one person to take up and down. It is solid - no rattles. I did notice in the pictures that I never tightened the tower speakers and the left one is spinning around . It was me, a couple fishermen and about 20 rowing shells out there today.
I am definitely up for a Northwest get together.
