id say yes, if they both have the factory tower.

If the 2006 Bimini is anything like my 08, unless you are getting a great deal, I would find an aftermarket one. It is a pain to put up and take down.

I agree my factory bimini is a PITA. It is a good way to start the boating trip with an upset wife.

i just leave mine up unless i'm towing it which is very rare for me.otherwise i agree it's a PITA to take down and put up.
