Hi, we have a 05 22v with the teak swim platform and there is a little de-lamination happening on one of the rounded corners.
None too serious at moment, but as it is a year round salt water boat, we are planing to lift her in a couple of weeks and do some underwater line cleans and general maintenance.
Can anyone advise of the best method of repairing the splitting teak deck issue?
As we are in Europe, if you happen to refer to particular glues etc please can you give me the trade name as sourcing can be an issue here.
Also, does the deck require any special treatment, teak oil or whatever? I am very conscious of making it dangerous through slippage, so if anyone has treated them, please let me know the outcome.
Help much appreciated. Many thank Mark
