hi we have just brought a tige 20v 2007 model and the taps is not working what could be the cause of this any ideas would be great

Here is what I would check:
The battery could be dead for accessories
The switch could be off that powers the accessories
A wire could be unplugged

Check for popped circuit breakers or fuses under the helm.
