Need a prop. Should I stick with the 537?

And now I need a prop...but that's my own damn dumb fault. Should I just stick with the 537? It's already pretty damn tight on the trailer so I wouldn't really want to go with anything larger in diameter.

Anyone have a recommendation on where to buy said prop?

    Thanks again

Buy a 1235 and if it doesn't fit I'll give you half of what you pay for it.

The 537 is a great prop, but will reach it's limits when a lot of ballast is added.

If trailer clearance is an issue, something like the 1631 or the 1579. Both have a 13.5 Dia like the 537, but have a lower pitch of 14.5" as compared to the 537's 16.0". The diff between the 1631 and the 1579 is the cup.

        or

Take a look at the 1433. It has a 14.0 Dia and a 14.25" pitch. This would give you the added hole-shot, but as much RPM increase due to the larger Dia. It would = .25 closer to the hull and trailer v's the 537.

So, upgrading would depend on how you intend to use the boat. If you are looking to wakeboard and surf with a bit of weight added, then an upgrade might be worth it. For the best upgrade choice, I would call the experts @ ACME and get their input.

The 1235 has a Dia of 14.5, so that = only .5 closer to the hull and trailer.
