    mounting ballast

    have a 2006 22v with no factory ballast.. just use fat sacs and tsunami pump.. want to install pumps for the sacs and put it all on switches and sugestions..

    Lately, i'm kinda partial to using a single mushroom thru-hull for each pump. This gives you the flexibility over having to find room in the bilge for a common manifold. Now, the next question.......which Tsunami? If you are going with the T1200, it's tough to find an adaptor to fit the oddball 1-1/8" threaded inlet and outlet. The T800's are easy, they use a 3/4" straight thread.

    We have ballast section with tons of others installs and general info.

      I really like how the Epic does their pumps. They mount 3 aerator's across the transom with something like this:

      and then they put a strainer on like this:

      Not sure if they make one that fits the Tsunami 1200's though.

        i want to use my fat sacs but i want to buy new pumps and not use my tsunami pump...
