2006 20V boat's throttle by wire sensor and trailer axle failure.‏

I have had a persistant problem with my 2006 20V boat's throttle by wire sensor in remote control. I talked to Tige Rep. about this problem a couple of years ago and he authorized parts to be replaced for this issue of engine unpredictably shutting down to idle mode. It is a very unsafe condition to deal with. After the throttle by wire remote control was completely replaced the problem has returned again. Does anyone have any suggestions or similar problems? I read in the forum that it may be a loose tach wire.
Also my right rear torsion axle on my SBT Trailer which came with the boat just failed on me last night. I have read that there was a bad run of torsion axles manufactured on these trailers. Can anyone send me information on how I can get my axle replaced?

Never heard of a loose Tach wire being a cause, but it was very common in the 06's with the MP 340 in boats with the Tige EIDB dual battery setup. A difference in battery voltage, even a slight diff, can cause the ECM to go into limp mode. Does you Tige have the EIDB system?
