My tower speakers don't work on my 2008 24ve

All speakers but those on my tower work. Fuse, wiring problems? Any suggestions?

well...depends. whats your setup look like? any amps? if so how many? are the tower speakers on their own amp? if so you probably just blew a fuse in the amp and it can be replaced easily so check that first. what were you doing when they stopped working? playing loud music? hit hard bumps or waves? could just have knocked some wires loose on the amp connections so check those when you are under checking the fuses.

Is the indicator light on the amp light? Make sure the RCA cables are fully seated into the amp and the back of the head-unit.
