22Ve clock and Ipod connection

I have been looking and looking but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set my clock? I also cannot figure out if I can plug my Ipod directly into the Clarion unit in the glove box?? I have an Ipod plug in on the dash but not sure if I can direct connect to avoid having the cord get into the way. I have an 08 22Ve. Can someone help me? Thanks.

have to do a connect thru the back of the clarion and fish wire around hull to set up a craddle for the ipod to dock on on dash. It cost me 200 bucks to install but totally worth it.
I got a 08'22VE too, but no ipod jack was on the dash of mine.

Looks like you have the CMD5 head-unit and the user manual. Will the clock setting procedure not work?

Am I understanding right, that you have an Ipod connection on the helm, but do not want the Ipod there, you want it in the glove box. Just fish the Ipod interface back around the bow and relocate it in the dash.
