The locks on my alpha Z tower have fallen out almost everytime I drive with the boat on the trailer, but never on the lake. Is there anything I can do? I've had to replace it 3 times already and i've driven with the trailer 3 times.
fold the tower and on the top of the base right above the knob there will be a small set screw to adjust the tension on the knob, just tightenit a little at a time until it holds the knob in but will still let you get it out.
