Water coming out of zirk on Steering box

I was looking in the hatch today on the old RZ2 to make sure everything was good as always and I noticed that there is a slow drip of water that appears to be coming out of the zirk fitting on the steering box. Maybe it's not called the steering box, it's the part that attaches to the steering cable to the rutter. It's not much but it's never done it before. Do I need to put some grease in it to fix the issue or is like a water pump and that is a weep hole or something?

Change the Zerk, it sounds like the little ball bearing seal is unseated

Change the zerk and regrease to displace any remaining water around the bearing.

Zerk was a little loose, tightened it and filled full of Mercury Marine grease and all is better now. Thanks again for the tips.
