2013 Z1 check engine flashes

Service engine lights flash and alarm goes off after a couple of minutes surfing at 3000rpm. Lights and alarm goes off after 5-10 seconds in neutral.
Does not happen while cruising at 4000rpm. Any ideas? PCM
