    Observers seat back

My observers seat back on the left hand side comes open when towing on our RZ. Anyone else have this problem?
I'm on a boat man. I got my flippy floppies....

Yep, have same issue on my 24ve. Does yours have a snap? I have to make sure I push hard enough for the snap to work.

Yes it does. I have to take a picture of what I did when I get home.

      1) I used velcro and it didn't take very long to last.

      2) Used a plastic clips and 1" wide ribbon (same stuff your bimini uses to attach to the tower). Will take pictures today and upload tonight.

Nope, no snap but I have an idea to add a snap with a piece of nylon webbing so I can snap it closed.

the 24Ve does not go up like the RZ2's do. It pisses me off when the cushion goes up since it restricts my lines of sights behind the vehicle.

That would be great to see some other idea's Thanks.

              Our bimini has no straps

I wonder if adjusting the position of the strut would fix this.

1" long nylon straps.. Okay, I haven't seen a bimini on your setup anyways.

I had the factory install a snap on the side where the walkway is. That was the first thing I noticed when I picked it up from the factory.

I dont have a picture of it but I could get you one if you want.

^^^^ This was the exact thing I had in mind, I think our 22i had a snap like that.

I'm glad to see I am not the only one in the same boat. ha, ha

Question - how do you know that the seat back is opening while you tow? Can you see it up as you drive, or is it open when you arrive at your destination? I'm just wondering if mine opens while underway. I don't think I've ever found it open after a drive.

I see it in the open position in the rearview.

OK, thanks. Guess I'll need to pay close attention next time.
